NBC is currently ramping up the promotional efforts for Sing-Off, their latest attempt at battling American Idol, by highlighting the careers of the shows judges. One of them, Ben Folds, is currently being featured on NBC’s website alongside a song said to be the first new Ben Fold’s Five song in 10 years.

You can stream the song, entitled “Home,” right here.

The song is said to be off Folds’ upcoming retrospective release, but the question remains as to just how “new” this song actually is. Further, does it mean we can expect more? We’ll do what we can to answer these questions, but for now click above enjoy this terrific song.
