Fellow Buzzmedia music site SPIN have got a stream off the upcoming Rage Against The Machine re-release, XX. We’ve got it embedded here, but you can still enter to win a free copy of the deluxe box set here. The song, “Mindset’s a Threat”, is clearly from before the original demo, as the lyrics reference the time of the early 90s. It still features a crazy guitar solo though.
Tom Morello recently said that Rage was not working on any new music, nor had any future plans for touring. For a band with nothing going on whatsoever, there’s a whole lot of hoopla around them.
