Horror comedy is hard. For every one Tucker And Dale Vs. Evil that comes along there are a dozen lazy efforts made attempting to cash in on people’s love of parodies. We’ve had two soul-sucking films attemp to succeed in this genre already in 2013 (A Haunted House and Scary Movie 5), but this fall it looks like we’ll finally strike gold when Hell Baby is unleashed into the world.

Hell Baby follow an expectant couple who moves into the most haunted house in New Orleans and must call upon the services of the Vatican’s elite exorcism team to save them from a demonic baby. In a new red band trailer released within the last twenty-four hours, which is quite NSFW, the hilarity of writing/directing duo Robert Ben Garant and Thomas Lennon is on full display. The irreverence they won the world over with in Reno 911 has come to the world of exorcisms, and with help from a brilliant cast of comedy stars they seem to have a potential monstrous hit on their hands.
