Eminem Releases “Berzerk” Video

The wait is over.

Following a week full of teasers, Eminem has released the official video for his latest single, “Berzerk.”

The best Eminem videos have always been the ones that made very little sense, and the clip for “Berzerk” is sure to be hailed as a classic in no time. The clip features a slew of seemingly random video clips inserted between performance shots, some of which look like they were filmed on VHS, and a variety of somewhat hilarious product placement for Beats by Dre. Oh, did I mention Kendrick Lamar, Kid Rock, Slaughterhouse, Rick Rubin and Mr. Porter all make appearances? Yea, it’s that crazy. You can view the video at the end of this post.

Fans seem a bit split over “Berzerk,” but I think that can be attributed more to the beat than the lyrics or how Em delivers them. He’s at the top of his game with this single from writing standpoint, and that’s good enough for me.

“Berzerk” is the first single to surface off The Marshall Mathers LP 2, which is currently scheduled to arrive in stores this November. Are you excited for the album?
