We The Kings’ Bassist Has Malignant Brain Tumor

Charles Trippy is the bass player of the pop outfit known as We The Kings. Yesterday he announced on his YouTube channel that he has a malignant brain tumor. I don’t know how to spell the exact classification of what he has, but in a nutshell it’s a tumor that is technically cancer, but is not something that will spread to other parts of his body. While the news itself is terrifying, it’s great to hear that it’s not something that will spread. You can watch the video where he makes the announcement by taking a look below the jump.

He plans on seeing a specialist to start picking away at the tumor, and we sincerely wish him a successful recovery.
