Morrissey Releases Autobiography (Finally)

Morrissey’s autobiography, titled Autobiography, was released yesterday in the UK and Europe through Penguin Books. The book chronicles the many sides of the ex-Smiths singer and solo artist: the cutting, comical side as well as the poetic, literary side.

In may ways, the book is written in the same narrative fashion as many of Morrissey’s musical works are–there aren’t really paragraphs, but rather strings of thoughts that mirror Morrissey’s unique storytelling ability.

The autobiography offers up loads of unknown information, including everything from Morrissey’s childhood (his schooling experiences were pretty grim) through his adult life (apparently he could have been a music journalist), his relationships, and of course, his musical career.
