Sammy Adams has released the official music video for his latest promotional single, “Awesome.”

Featuring feel-good instrumentation that brings to mind the carefree vibes of summertime, “Awesome” is the second song to find its way online off Adams’ highly-anticipated Homecoming EP, which is currently scheduled for a November 19 release. The video features Adams and a number of random people having a fun time with cake and other classic party items. It’s not the deepest of songs or videos, but it’s definitely entertaining.

If I’m being honest, “I Wish” was a far better single, but “Awesome” is the type of song that will play well with longtime Sammy Adams supporters. It’s the kind of track you would expect from his 2009-2010 efforts, only with a more evolved sense of wordplay. Comment below and let us know your thoughts on the track.
