UTG EXCLUSIVE: Erica Glyn Announces Holiday EP

Tis the season for a UTG holiday exclusive! We are excited to unveil that New York rocktronica artist Erica Glyn will be dropping an irresistible dose of Christmas tunes on November 26. The EP, cleverly titled, The Glyn That Stole Christmas, contains four tracks more than ready to motivate you to put on our ugly sweater and dance around the house in holiday cheer. The songs are all holiday songs we have grown to love, yet they have a twist of Erica Glyn sass and elegance. Erica elaborated on the challenge of making traditional holiday songs fresh for the EP.

“I tried to create a new take on the material while still borrowing some instrumentation from traditional versions that are so familiar to us. I love doing cover songs because it allows me the freedom to really create something new without feeling so precious about the material.”
