Back in 2006, Akissforjersey made waves in the post-hardcore world with their debut full-length, Keep Your Head Above the Water. The North Carolina group will return in 2014 with New Bodies, their first release since 2008’s Victims, and you can check out first single, “War,” after the break.
The song is a heavier twist on classic AKissforjersey material, but it still has the huge choruses, strong guitar leads, and dramatic half-time parts that defined their early work.
New Bodies is out January 21 on InVogue Records, and you can preorder it over at Akissforjersey’s Bandcamp page.
