No Sleep Records have released a lengthy video chronicling the making of The Things We Think We’re Missing, the latest release from Doylestown, PA act, Balance and Composure.

The Things We Think We’re Missing is the the band’s sophomore release, and it absolutely slays. Making my Best Of list for top albums of the year, the record has been in constant rotation since its release in September.

The video shows the band recording at Studio 4, famous within the scene now for releasing many of the acclaimed acts of the recent years, most notably from producer Will Yip.
