Enter Bayside’s “Time Has Come” Cover Contest

Quick, grab your guitar and set up your video camera. Bayside are asking fans to show them what “Time Has Come” sounds like… before they actually post the song for listeners to hear the original version. After sharing the lyrics and tabs for the song online, they’re looking to see what kind of unique interpretations fans will come up with. It’s like Beck’s Song Reader, only a little more achievable given how many musicians didn’t grow up learning how to read sheet music.

Bayside will be choose their three favorite videos at the end of January and reveal the official version of the song shortly thereafter. Apart from the obvious awesome fame of knowing the band dug your version, the grand-prize winner will receive a VIP Bayside bundle, tickets to see them on their headlining show, and passes to meet the band. Oh, and a bunch of other rad stuff, too.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Download the song assets below
2. Record the best cover video. Video can be audio only, does not need to include visual, but all videos are welcome. Be creative!
3. Upload your video to Youtube, make sure to include the following text in the title “Time Has Come – Bayside Cover Contest”
4. Share your video with everyone!
5. The last day to submit your video is January 24th, what are you waiting for?!
*You can submit as many video entries as you can make!

One Grand-prize winner will receive:
