Hear AlunaGeorge Remix Coldplay’s “Magic”

It’s been a little while since we’ve heard something new from London electro-pop duo AlunaGeorge, but today they’ve returned (without an awesome music video, unfortunately).

The two have picked up Coldplay’s newest hit and given it a sultry remix that works effortlessly with Chris Martin’s vocals. When filtered through clicky electro-R&B and spaced out to absorb some silence, “Magic” sounds a lot more genuine. In fact, it raises a lot of questions. The biggest on our mind? Would we be onboard with a new Coldplay album sounding this smooth? Maybe, but only if AlunaGeorge signed on as producers.
