A few weeks back, the first teaser for the final installment of The Hunger Games franchise found its way online. Featuring a special public service announcement from President Snow (Donald Sutherland) of the fictional world Panem, the minute-long clip sent the internet into a frenzy, and as expected, left fans across the nation eager for follow-up address.

Earlier this morning, dystopian die-hards had their dreams realized in the form of a second teaser trailer, which again finds the dubious ruler promoting unity, prosperity and sacrifice across the thirteen districts. But, as this brief offering indicates, all is not what it seems, and change is on the horizon. Check it out by following the jump below.
