James Shotwell Lady Gaga recently spent nearly $1000 purchasing her new album, Born This Way, at Best Buy. This continues a week of outrageous (and shameless) self-promotion that has included having the album carried at almost every retail location, surprising fans with a .99 cent download of the record on Monday, and more.
While we appreciate the lengths Mother Monster will go to for her music, is it really necessary? Is there anyone on this planet that would potentially buy Born This Way that isn’t already (at least) interested? Comment below and let us know your thoughts!
