According to an article coming out of California, Falling In Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke was arrested on Monday on an outstanding warrant for alleged domestic assault.
Radke, who just wrapped a headlining slot on Van’s Warped Tour over the weekend, was arrested without incident and was later released on a $30,000 bail bond. You can read more about the incident below:
The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office had issued the warrant after Radke’s girlfriend told Glendale police that he had physically assaulted her at their home on May 1, Sgt. Tom Lorenz said.
Radke, 28, was arrested without incident and was later released on a $30,000 bail bond, officials said.
He is charged with a misdemeanor count of corporal injury to his girlfriend and misdemeanor false imprisonment, according to a Los Angeles County Superior Court criminal complaint.

He was arrested because he failed to report to his probation officer.
Actually, the reason why he was on probabtion was because he was involved in an assault which resulted in an 18 year old dying.

Just because he’s accused doesn’t mean he’s guilty. I’m not saying that he didn’t do it, I’m just saying that it’s stupid to assume that he did.
There’s no definite proof that he did it, just because he was arrested doesn’t mean that he’s guilty.

Based on his track record, I don’t see why Wow (above) couldn’t say that. Do you know him personally? If so, you’d likely know his girlfriend no? Even if he isn’t proved guilty, wouldn’t it be fair to assume a victim is correct until proven not? Otherwise, you stifle and ignore cries for help which could be legitimate.

The issue I have with you is this: First, you call out the above user for negatively commenting on things as if your response is, in any way, better. Secondly, you seem to shrug off mistakes as if it’s simply OK to make them. Don’t you LEARN from mistakes? Aren’t mistake punishable?

i think most people don’t want to believe it because they love him and think he is “hot” but you don’t know him personally i am not saying i think he did it but you never know. personally i like ronnie and falling in reverse i have nothing against them they are a awesome and talented band.
