90s rock gets a video makeover in Superchunk‘s new “Staying Home” music video off their new album, I Hate Music. Get ready for a bizarre trip, because the Chapel Hill, NC band are already buckled in for the ride.

Directed by conceptual artist Taiyo Kimura, the video prides itself on cutouts and collages used throughout. We’re talking about regenerating food, horrifying eyeballs, and frontman Mac McCaughan eating curry out of a toilet bowl. Wait, you mean this isn’t what happens at your place when you stay home?
