Chief Keef was on probation because of an incident in May where he was caught speeding in excess of 110 mph in his BMW on the Edens Expressway in Chicago. He was sentenced to 18 months probation and was ordered to undergo random drug testing during that time.
He failed a drug test on October 15, which violated his probation, so he was sentenced to 20 days in jail. However, The Chicago Tribune is now reporting that he’s been released after only 10 days, due to good behavior. Maybe he learned his lesson and will never speed again. We can dream, right?
