Assassins Keep It Heavy On “The United” (Featuring Chris from Like Moths To Flames)

Michigan hard rock outfit Assassins kick a lot of ass. Doubt me? Take one listen to the song at the end of this post and see if you are not moved to tears by the sheer shred-tacular display of rock prowess the band somehow manages to cram into three-and-a-half minutes.

Hitting the web this afternoon, “The United” is the latest song to surface from Assassins’ forthcoming debut album. The track features an appearance from Like Moths To Flames’ Chris Roetter, who only helps to take the overall aggressiveness to a whole new level. You can stream the song below.

We’ve heard a handful of tracks of Assassins’ upcoming album, War Of Aggression, and I think it’s safe at this point to say it’s going to be one of the wildest releases we hear this spring. “The United” shows the band’s ability to grab the listener by the collar and punch them in the face with rock goodness until they’re bloody and delirious with a sensation of pure musical joy. We cannot wait for more.

If you like “The United” and want to help support Assassins, please take a few moments to pre-order War Of Aggression today.
