Kanye West and his G.O.O.D. Music group’s album, Cruel Summer, came out on September 18 on Def Jam. Now, there are some hints that a sequel album may be in the works.
Last night at the BET Awards, producer Q-Tip let the cat out of the bag, saying “If there’s a Cruel Summer then there’s got to be a Cruel Winter, right? I know, I know, I’m sorry about that but I have to let the cat out of the bag. Kanye’s probably gonna get…” at which point he cut himself off and called rapper Pusha T over.
G.O.O.D. stands for “Getting Out Our Dreams”, and was formed by Kanye West in 2004. No word yet on whether they’re working on something for the remaining two seasons. We here at UTG would love for a Rough Spring or an Unhappy Autumn album.
