Lady Gaga And The Muppets Team Up For A Christmas Special

Who else would you want to see sing Christmas carols with The Muppets other than the walking caricature that is Lady Gaga? She herself often looks like a Henson project gone mad, so why not?

Those worried Kermit won’t want to work with Gaga since she once wore an outfit made of little Kermits in 2009, don’t be. You also have to remember there were no hard feelings between the two when they went to the MTV VMAs together a month later. Yup, I just went on about Gaga’s relationship with a Muppet.

Details about the special are being held tightly under wraps, but it allegedly took place in Los Angeles which makes sense since there’s that big Jim Henson studio on La Brea. So we won’t know for sure what Gaga and the colorful characters of The Muppets have planned until promos start to air, but it’ll be no surprise when Miss Piggy pops up in some outlandish, Gaga-like ensemble.
