Prawn’s latest single, “First as Tragedy, Second as Farce” has found its way online thanks to a playlist created by their label, Topshelf Records. The Boston-based label released the playlist in promotion for the first ever Topshelf Records tour which kicks off in Philadelphia this September and will run through the east coast. Other acts included on the tour include Diamond Youth, A Great Big Pile of Leaves, and Field Mouse.
Along with “Glass, Irony” and “Thalassa,” “First as Tragedy, Second as Farce” will be featured on Prawn’s upcoming LP, Kingfisher, which will be released on August 12. Pre-orders can be made at TSR’s webstore.
