Blazing straight out of Philadelphia, Modern Suits‘ new record, Every Light, is a record crammed full of emotionally-driven rock songs. Produced by Fred Mascherino (ex-Taking Back Sunday, The Color Fred), the five-track effort contains songs that deliver punch after punch of energy and power. Songs like the opener, “The Road,” and the title track, “Every Light,” are big, booming numbers with explosive choruses. Every Light is the band’s third release.
Frontman Keith Gibbons had this to say about the record:
“Every record is about something different. This one ended up being about getting lost and finding your way home. Sometimes, the only way to make it to heaven is to walk through hell.”
Under The Gun Review is streaming the new effort, which is due out Nov. 11, exclusively after the jump. Check out the new material from Modern Suits and leave your thoughts in the comments below.
