Looks like T.I. is going to get himself into more trouble after failing to show up to his federal prison check in. He missed his noon deadline today and that could mean he’ll get more time added to his sentence. Another dumb rapper strikes again. Peep the full story here:
According to reports, rapper T.I. has missed his noon deadline to check into a federal prison in Forrest City, Arkansas today (May 26).
T.I., born Clifford Harris Jr., was slated to start a 366-day sentence for attempting to buy illegal machine guns and silencers from undercover agents in October of 2007.
According to prison representatives at the minimum-security prison, T.I. has yet to check in or surrender to authorities.
T.I. originally faced 10 years in prison for attempting to purchase high powered AK-47’s and AR-15s with silencers.
Representatives for T.I. were not available to comment as of press time.
T.I. recently preformed a farewell concert in front of 16,000 fans on Sunday (May 24).
