As if the two previously released tracks “Top Notch” and “Every Stone” weren’t already more than enough to get you amped for the April 1 release of Manchester Orchestra‘s Cope, the band has just released the LP’s title track.
Frontman Andy Hull has called the new album “aggressive and unapologetic,” and this track proves he wasn’t kidding. Reminiscent of Simple Math‘s “Virgin,” the track’s verses showcase Hull’s tender, expressive vocals, but are bookended by an absolute behemoth of a guitar riff. Crank up your computer speakers and stream the track over at Consequence Of Sound now.
